What services do you provide?

Lashes, Brows, Facials, Permanent Make-up, Waxing and Massage.
Popup Parlour services are available as à la carte items as well as
part of packages and custom parties.

Why select Popup Parlour over a regular salon or day spa?

Popup Parlour provide all the services of a salon or day spa – light some candles in your home and relax. Luxurious treatments – within the comfort of your
home, office, hotel or other location of choice. Our mobility provides
you with more convenience and a deeper sense of relaxation than
travelling to a salon or day spa.

What types of parties do you offer?

I can create parties built around any theme or incorporate anything
designed to suit your personality and occasion.

How should I prepare for a visit from one of your professionals?

ask that you keep all pets and young children in other rooms to avoid
any contact with products that may be harmful.

Should I tip the therapist(s)?

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is nice
to give a gratuity to your therapist.

How far do you travel to perform your services?

Popup Parlour will travel up to a 6/8 mile radius of base
location, but are
happy to travel to locations further than this but will require a minimum spend.

Is there an age limit?

Clients must be at least 16 years of age. In the case of a princess
party, we ask that at least one adult be present at all times and we may
require additional supervision in certain instances.

Are there any conditions where your professionals will refuse service?

I will refuse a treatment to anyone who has broken
skin or lesions and that has not mentioned medical conditions at the
time of booking. If you are pregnant, please state your condition prior
to treatment.

Are there a minimum number of people required for a group booking?

I recommend that you have a minimum of four guests to participate in
party experiences.

Can people who are not participating in a service or spa party be
present?

Anyone is welcome to be present

What is your procedure if someone is late or does not keep the
appointment?

We have the right to refuse any bookings in the future for those who cancel after booking.

How far in advance do I need to book services and packages?

For general appointments, 2 days in advance. Weekends book up quickly so I’d suggest making a reservation well in advance to ensure the time of your choice. We do accept last-minute
bookings, so please check with us. SPMU requires a consultation first.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At present I only accept cash or we can set up a bank transfer. Alternatively you may book and pay on-line.

SPMU can last for many years, however there is no way of predicting an exact time frame as it is all dependent on several factors- Skin type, age, sun exposure, life style and after care. For these reasons this is why I recommend a refresher top up every 9-12 months to keep your SPMU lovely and fresh.

An anaesthetic will be applied to the area being worked on prior and during the treatment to minimise any discomfort. I take great care with every client making sure that they are relaxed and reassured at all times.

£20-£50 deposit payable upon consultation/booking (redeemable against the cost of treatment) with the balance due on the day of your appointment and top up. The deposit is non refundable without exception. By paying the deposit you acknowledge the deposit is non refundable.

This will be explained in depth and you will be issued with written instructions to take home. It is vital that you follow your aftercare instructions to ensure that you are not vulnerable to infection and that you heal correctly.

If a treated area is picked, pulled or knocked, not only is it more susceptible to infection it may also effect the healed result and could appear uneven and require more work for which there will be an additional charge. Sabrina Nicole takes no responsibility for clients who do not adhere to the after care instructions provided.

Semi Permanent Make Up is a process, not an exact science and cannot guarantee you an exact colour result. As colours heal differently in all individuals. The elected colour will be darker immediately after the treatment. This darker colour should exfoliate and lighten up to at least 50% within 7/14 days – especially for lips. Lighter colours fade faster than darker colours, and all colours will change with time.
